We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Emergency Room (ER) team. As an ER nurse, you will be an essential part of our healthcare team, providing critical care to patients during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. The ER is a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking, exceptional clinical skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, performing rapid triage, and delivering appropriate treatments to stabilize patients. In this role, you will collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct and compassionate care to patients in the ER.
- Assess and evaluate patient conditions quickly and accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about conditions and treatments.
- Perform triage to prioritize patient care based on severity.
- Respond to emergency situations with appropriate interventions.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and care provided.
- Follow hospital protocols and safety guidelines.
Qualifications :
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State].Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.At least 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an emergency or critical care setting.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
