A company is looking for a Senior Field Engineer to drive customer adoption and expansion of software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and document their business goals
Provide technical guidance and support to clients while managing the implementation of solutions
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify customer needs and provide feedback for product improvement
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in customer-facing software onboarding or system administration roles
Proficiency in Linux administration and hands-on experience with major public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Strong understanding of Kubernetes and prior hands-on experience; relevant certifications are a plus
Experience with security principles and technologies such as SSH, PKI, and 2FA
Exceptional hands-on software troubleshooting and debugging skills
