A typical day for a Director Of Nursing with Fieldstone of Dewitt includes :

• Overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring residents receive high-quality care and support.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote resident safety, well-being, and satisfaction.
• Managing and coordinating the activities and services provided to residents, including personal care, meals, and recreational programs.
• Supervising and supporting assisted living staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
