Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate all resident occupancy activities
- Process applications, verify income, and manage waitlists
- Ensure compliance with HUD and affordable housing regulations
- Conduct annual and interim recertifications
- Coordinate move-ins / move-outs and inspections
- Provide resident support and maintain accurate records
- Assist with leasing and administrative tasks
