Position Summary

As an HVAC Technician at Glendale, you’ll handle service, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You’ll also play a key role in supporting and training junior technicians, helping them grow into confident, capable professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductless systems).
• Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventive maintenance.
• Provide clear, professional recommendations to customers.
• Complete accurate service documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes.
• Collaborate with dispatch and office staff for efficient service delivery.
• Coach and support junior technicians in the field.
