The Global Product Portfolio Manager Operations is a key member of Mobile Solutions Operations Strategy team, with end-to-end responsibility for the strategic oversight of a global manufacturing portfolio. This role ensures that product-specific programs and projects are aligned across regions, delivering optimal cost, quality, and service. The position requires a strong blend of strategic vision, data-driven decision-making, and global stakeholder engagement.

This role is ideal for those with solid cross-functional communication skills with strong data analysis skills. Ideal candidates for this role must be able to work out of our corporate headquarters in Bloomington, MN office on a hybrid schedule.

Role Responsibilities :

• Own assessment and presenting long range capacity analysis for core product lines.
• Serve as the primary resource to coordinate projects that support point of manufacturing decisions, footprint utilization, supply chain optimization and product transfers.
• Conduct point of manufacture and distribution analysis and oversee execution of key decisions.
• Own long term capital roadmap of core product lines tying growth to investment strategies across global footprint.
• Own and manage the global product manufacturing portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment across all regions.
• Develop and validate total landed cost strategies for key products.
• Define global footprint strategies, including product transfer initiatives, manufacturing point-of-decision analyses, and supply chain optimization.
• Develop and validate total landed cost strategies for key products across the portfolio.
• Support the integration of regional and site-level operations strategies into a cohesive global plan.
• Oversee resource and capacity planning globally for portfolio of products, balancing business growth and operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership on global manufacturing priorities.
• Serve as a primary liaison between Product Management, Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.

Annual Salary Range : $103,300 - $134,200. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
