The Spice & Tea Exchange of Omaha is looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate who's passionate about flavors, friendly with customers, and ready to have fun at work. If you love the idea of helping people discover new teas, spices, and seasonings, this is the perfect job for you!

Responsibilities & Preferred Skills Part-Time Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at The Spice & Tea Exchange of Omaha, you'll help create an inviting and flavorful experience for every guest by :

• Greeting every guest with our signature welcome and follow-up lines
• Assisting customers with product selection, usage tips, and personalized recommendations
• Building connections with customers to encourage return visits and word-of-mouth referrals
• Stocking shelves, counters, and displays while monitoring inventory levels
• Notifying management of low-stock items to ensure product availability
• Assisting in pricing and labeling merchandise accurately
• Blending and packaging products as needed
• Retrieving requested merchandise and answering product-related questions
• Maintaining accurate product knowledge by reading materials and attending training
• Adhering to operational standards and daily store procedures
• Contributing to a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

Preferred skills include strong customer service skills with a passion for creating a great experience, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to measure ingredients, use a scale, and follow recipes with basic math skills.
