Project Manager – Heavy Fabrication / Industrial Construction

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex fabrication and construction projects — including large-scale bridge, port, and structural steel work. You’ll be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards, while coordinating teams across engineering, production, and quality.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and enjoys taking ownership from kickoff to completion.

What You’ll Do

• Manage projects from order receipt through final delivery , overseeing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as the primary customer contact , ensuring expectations are met and documented.
• Coordinate with production, QA / QC, and subcontractors to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Track project milestones, costs, and progress; identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Support estimating and sales teams in quotation and cost development .
• Oversee documentation, reports, and post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.+
