Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM

Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
• ASN completion required

Requirements :

40 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details :

Required Skills / Experience Must have Neuro ICU experience

Must have a minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience in a major acute care trauma (level 1 or 2 highly preferred) hospital.

Must have a minimum of 1 year recent bedside MS and Tele experience in a major acute care trauma center.

Telemetry

Required Credentials : CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours Certificate

Preferred Credentials : BSN

Unit / Facility Details : Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.

Shift & Scheduling : Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required.

Floating Requirements : Must be willing to float to Tele / Stepdown- 4W or 5N with a max of 4 tele patients.

7 days maximum time off
