The RN applies principles from biological, physical, behavioral, and social sciences to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.\n\nAt TCH, the RN builds an ongoing partnership between patients, families, and the healthcare team — ensuring culturally competent and age-appropriate care. All practice aligns with the American Nurses Association (ANA) Code of Ethics and the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.\n\nUnit Description – Labor & Delivery : \n\n29-bed Labor & Delivery Unit\nApproximately 3,100 deliveries and 2,100 ambulatory patients per year\nUnit includes : \n

• 12 labor & delivery beds\n
• 4 high-risk beds\n
• 3 post-op recovery beds\n
• 3 surgical suites\n
• 4-bed triage unit\n\nPatients are triaged, admitted, stabilized, delivered, or transferred to a Level III facility as appropriate.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n

• Diploma in Nursing\n
• Active Ohio RN License (or Compact)\n
