Job Description

As a Security Professional - Financial Front Desk in Malvern, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, helping to maintain a welcoming and secure environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service to all individuals entering the location. You will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents through your presence and communication skills, while upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity.

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Welcome visitors and employees at the front desk, providing a professional and courteous first point of contact.
  • Monitor access control systems and verify identification of individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized entry.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with site personnel and / or law enforcement as needed during security-related incidents or emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of daily activities, visitor check-ins, and security-related incidents.
  • Provide customer service to clients and guests by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions or information related to the location.
  • Follow all site-specific security-related procedures and protocols as directed by Allied Universal and the client.
  • Remain alert and attentive while stationed at the front desk to help to deter potential security-related risks.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
