One of TEKsystems' long-standing clients, a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Birmingham, AL is looking for a Mid-to-Sr. Level Business Analyst to join their organization.\nThe company is in the early stages of an enterprise-wide, large scale digital transformation that will improve how technology supports the overall business and future growth, etc. As a part of this transformation, our customer is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team. Thie BA will be responsible for learning the business and the technology and communicate with internal and external stakeholders and gather requirements and take those requirements to the development team. Specifically, the BA will be a part of the Commerical / Construction LOB and the technology being migrated to is cloud-based Oracle. The line of business being supported is the Sales and Order Management departments. \n\nThe candidate will be responsible for general Oracle Order Management issue resolution which happens primarily within Jira. The candidate will need to open up the different JIRAs and test and track down the challenges and provide oversight in order to solve any and all problems that arise. This person will have to effectively communicate with the internal lines of business, internal IT teams like development and also external vendors.\n\nIt is critical that the candidate has a high level of initiative, proactive mindset and ownership to solve problems. A willingness to learn both the technology and the business is paramount.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $47.00 / hr.
