Play a pivotal role in optimizing provider schedules, utilizing emerging technologies and digital tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pioneer new approaches to patient care scheduling. Key Responsibilities Interface with Front Desk staff, Lead Medical Assistants, and the Clinical team to optimize schedule flow. Coordinate seamless communication for day-to-day and real-time patient scheduling adhering to Legacy protocols. Investigate, analyze, and address scheduling inaccuracies, elevating repeated issues to key stakeholders. Deploy proactive solutions for managing scheduling challenges using predictive analytics for same day or next day appointments. Collaborate with Site Leadership to manage a diversified pool of providers, ensuring coverage and operational continuity. Facilitate reminder calls and manage digital communications through portal messages efficiently. Ensure continual updating of patient registration data, leveraging EHRS technology. Participate in innovative training sessions and execute additional tasks as assigned, adopting a mindset of continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma, with advanced certification or training in Medical Assistance or EHRS documentation. Current BLS / CPR certification essential. Proven experience in medical clinic settings, demonstrating proficiency with EHRS data entry. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, facilitating clear and innovative dialogue. Capability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative, tech-forward team environment. Resourceful, self-driven with a knack for problem-solving and forward-thinking solutions. Spanish-speaking abilities are a valuable asset.
