Job Title : Shipping Coordinator (Temp to Perm)

Location : Davie, FL

Salary : Approximately $23 per hour

Schedule : Full-time, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to join our team. This is a Temp to Perm position based in Davie, FL. The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of shipping and receiving, coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate and track all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Ensure accuracy of inventory records and shipping documentation.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers to manage shipments.
Prepare and process shipping paperwork.
Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely shipments.
Handle returns, discrepancies, and shipping issues.

Qualifications :

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills.

Basic knowledge of shipping and inventory systems.

Ability to lift and move packages as needed.
