Come join a team that helps drive the success of Walmart's Generic Rx business by managing supplier relationships and optimizing sourcing strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring cost-effective, reliable access to generic medications for our customers.

What you'll do

What You'll Do :

• Manage and grow relationships with generic Rx manufacturers and our sourcing joint venture, ClarusONE, in London.
• Streamline sourcing processes to reduce cost of goods and ensure supply surety for all generic drugs.
• Execute key company initiatives, including evolving ways of working with ClarusONE and formulary management.
• Identify market and item risks, and develop business metrics for tracking and improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive profitability and operational excellence in the generic Rx space.

What You'll Bring :

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field and 3 years' experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area OR 5 years' experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Office, Negotiating with third-party suppliers, Supervisory experience Masters : Business, Masters : Merchandising
