Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal located in Santa Clara, CA. The Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting research, reviewing documents, and providing overall support to attorneys. Daily tasks will include managing case files, maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of all legal paperwork.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and Legal Document Preparation
• Strong Communication and Research skills
• Proficiency in Document Review
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Paralegal certification or equivalent education in legal studies
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus
