Project Manager (Sonoma)

Working with a global construction company looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring seamless delivery that aligns with client goals.

This role combines hands-on project leadership with internal business support, offering the opportunity to manage complex projects while contributing to business development, financial management, and team growth.

What Youll Do

• Lead client relationships and guide project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Act as the main liaison with clients, supporting project-related decisions.
• Oversee all phases of a project :
• Preconstruction : build A&E teams, manage design, scheduling, budgets, constructability reviews, contracts, bidding, and permitting.
• Construction : manage contractors through procurement, risk, quality, safety, and execution; maintain cost and schedule control.
• Closeout : oversee project closeout, ensuring specifications and client expectations are met.
• Prepare and deliver cost, schedule, and status reports to keep clients informed.
• Lead and mentor internal project support teams (Project Engineers and Administrators) or work independently as needed.
• Drive collaboration, effective communication, and identify opportunities to add value to every project.
