Key Responsibilities
- Assist with patient admissions, including orientation to the unit and care equipment.
- Respond promptly to patient needs, providing direct assistance or notifying appropriate staff.
- Support the nursing care plan by performing delegated patient care tasks.
- Ensure patient safety through proper use of equipment and supplies.
- Manage medication and supply retrieval for patient care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked patient environment.
- Participate in cost containment efforts and accurate patient service charging.
- Engage in educational and performance improvement activities.
- Perform waived testing and maintain required skills per unit competency.

Education and Certifications
