Position Summary

JGA is seeking an experienced Blue Yonder (JDA) Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Blue Yonder Warehouse Management or Supply Chain modules. This is a fully remote consulting role requiring strong technical knowledge, functional expertise, and client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Configure, test, and deploy Blue Yonder WMS modules to align with client operational requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define warehouse workflows and best practices.
• Develop and document functional and technical specifications for customizations and integrations.
• Support data migration, validation, and go-live cutover activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support and user training to ensure solution adoption.
• Work with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and integration specialists.
• 3+ years of experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) Warehouse Management or Supply Chain Planning solutions.
• Proficiency in WMS configuration, integration, and data management.
• Experience with SQL queries and performance troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, order management, and inventory control.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced consulting environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available).
• Experience with Blue Yonder Labor Management or TMS modules.
• Familiarity with APIs, data interfaces, or cloud deployments (Azure / AWS).
• Exposure to Manhattan Associates or SAP EWM systems.
• Prior consulting experience with large-scale distribution operations.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
