Aerotek is hiring a Tool and Die Maker2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance on tooling for production and operations support.
• Conduct maintenance on metal stamping, injection molding, thermoforming, and other tooling to reduce production and operations downtime.
• Successfully execute maintenance and repair tasks on injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on machinery and tooling.
• Fill out changeover check sheets and other applicable paperwork.
• Communicate and assist quality control in solving root cause problems.

Work Environment

The work environment requires employees to wear jeans or work pants, work shirts, hearing protection, and steel toe boots. The job involves exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level on the production floor is above 85db, necessitating the use of hearing protection at all times. Temperature conditions can range from as low as 50 degrees Fahrenheit in winter to over 100 degrees Fahrenheit in summer.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Collierville, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 / hr.
