Position Highlights

Groundbreaking Opportunity – Be part of the founding team of a brand-new hospital-employed anesthesiology group.
Diverse Case Mix – Work across general surgery, orthopedics, urology, OB, neurosurgery, oncology, and cardiology (TEE & EP).
High-Volume Practice – Over 1,200 surgical cases per month in a fast-paced, well-equipped hospital, with anesthesiologists predominantly doing their own cases.
Flexible & Manageable Call – Choose between different call coverage services to accommodate personal and professional preferences, with post-primary call day off.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary – Guaranteed base of $600,000, with total earning potential exceeding $700,000 through additional call.

Sign-On Bonus – $300,000 ($150,000 upon signing, $150,000 at start date).

Call Pay – $2,000 per shift after required call minimum.

10 Weeks of PTO – Paid annually for work-life balance.

Malpractice Insurance – Tail coverage fully covered after three years.
