Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) provides professional therapy, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination to patients and families.

• Conducts culturally sensitive assessments, develops treatment plans, and delivers therapy within an interdisciplinary team.
• Offers education on mental health topics and documents all clinical activities per regulations.
• Supports school systems through recommendations and participation in meetings.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and maintains professional credentials.
• Builds collaborative relationships internally and externally.
• Upholds ethical conduct, organizational policies, and organizational mission.
• Participates in team meetings, peer reviews, and on-call duties.
• Requires a Master’s in social work, Maryland licensure (LCSW-C), and 3+ years of healthcare experience.
