This is an independent, field-based role where you’ll handle complex diagnostics and repairs while delivering top-notch service directly at customer job sites.

About the Role

This is a hands-on service position focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of diesel-powered and hydraulic equipment. You’ll be the go-to expert in the field, working with minimal supervision while representing the company in a professional manner. What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with diesel engines and heavy equipment repair.
• Advanced mechanical skills with the ability to interpret schematics and diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment systems.
• Personal set of tools suitable for professional diesel service work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly.
