What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to site protocols.Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.Operate and maintain assigned security-related equipment, including firearms, in accordance with company and site guidelines.Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and / or employees while upholding Allied Universal standards.Complete required reports and documentation related to incidents, patrols, and / or daily activities.What We're Looking For :

An Armed Guard Card or License is required.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.A valid firearms permit is required.Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
