Responsibilities Lead design development from concept to final construction for Fleur du Mal's lingerie and ready-to-wear pieces.

Collaborate with design and product teams to translate design concepts into technical specifications and production-ready garments.

Ensure exemplary fit, craftsmanship, and premium finishes across collections.

Qualifications Sharp eye for detail and strong understanding of construction.

Appreciation for womenswear as a form of power and pleasure; experience in luxury fashion is preferred.
