We are a professional short-term rental management company in Austin, TX, dedicated to providing top-notch guest experiences. We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable housekeepers to join our team and help maintain our vacation rental properties to the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Clean and sanitize rental properties between guest stays, ensuring all areas meet high cleanliness standards as set out in our Breezeway checklists.
  • Change linens, make beds, and restock essentials (toiletries, towels, etc.).
  • Perform routine deep cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Report any maintenance or inventory issues to management via Reported Issues in Breezeway.
  • Utilize the Breezeway app to document start & end times, completion of work scheduled, reported issues and photos of cleanliness.
  • Follow company procedures and checklists to ensure consistency and quality.

Qualifications :

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and efficiency in cleaning.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

    Responsabilidades del trabajo :

  • Limpiar y desinfectar las propiedades de alquiler entre las estadías de los huéspedes, asegurándose de que todas las áreas cumplan con los altos estándares de limpieza establecidos en nuestras listas de verificación de Breezeway.
  • Cambiar la ropa de cama, hacer las camas y reponer los elementos esenciales (artículos de tocador, toallas, etc.).
  • Realizar tareas de limpieza profunda de rutina según sea necesario.
  • Reportar cualquier problema de mantenimiento o inventario a la gerencia a través de Problemas reportados en Breezeway.
  • Utilizar la aplicación Breezeway para documentar las horas de inicio y finalización, la finalización del trabajo programado, los problemas reportados y las fotos de la limpieza.
  • Siga los procedimientos y las listas de verificación de la empresa para garantizar la coherencia y la calidad.

    • Requisitos :

  • Se prefiere experiencia previa en limpieza, pero no es un requisito.
  • Gran atención a los detalles y eficiencia en la limpieza.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y administrar el tiempo de manera eficaz.
  • Se requiere transporte confiable.
  • Debe estar disponible para trabajar los fines de semana y los días festivos según sea necesario.
