Associate Analyst, Production Operations

A company is looking for an Associate Analyst, Production Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for seasonal booking events, including system support and partner inquiries

Manage Production End to End tool and collaborate with Sourcing teams for booking events

Create and validate seasonal Order Confirmation reports and maintain effective communication with partners

Required Qualifications

1-2 years' experience in franchise order management processes

Detail-oriented, flexible, and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks

Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly

Intermediate Excel skills

Exceptional customer service approach and collaborative interpersonal skills
