Looking for a concept where you can learn and grow? You must have three or more years of BOH salaried management experience in high-volume, scratch-cooking, upscale casual / polished dining, and / or fine dining environments. Some corporate experience is strongly preferred, but not required.

Sous Chef Rewards

  • A starting salary of $60,000 to $68,000 depending on experience

Sous Chef Requirements

  • Upscale / Polished dining or fine-dining experience is preferred
  • You must be a hands-on leader with a solid background in an upscale, scratch kitchen
  • Understand corporate systems
  • P&L management
  • Ability to manage a high-volume kitchen
