A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Oversee accounting functions and ensure compliance with internal controls

Prepare financial reports and support fundraising activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)

12+ years of finance experience, including 3 years in a senior leadership role

Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models

Proven success in FP&A, accounting, and reporting in high-growth environments

Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and financial data analysis
