Key Responsibilities
Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and coordinate with IT teams
Lead software upgrade initiatives and new software installations
Identify system optimization opportunities and collaborate on effective solutions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in supporting Supply Chain Management systems
Experience with Workday SCM software and Lawson preferred
Certification in relevant applications preferred
Strong technical and business operations background in a healthcare environment
