POI Manager

What you'll be doing includes delivering training products, participating in training product development sessions, and instructing training classes. You'll also maintain all applicable POI, lesson plans, practical exercises, and evaluations. Deliver the instruction in accordance with the training Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process concepts. Complete a Department of the Army Civilian (DAC) modeling survey to build OSINT civilian force structure - develop DAC curriculum. Utilize synthetic training environments to replicate real-world adversary threat in training / exercises. Establish Army OSINT Continuing Education Program.
What required skills you'll bring include a bachelor's and 10+ years of related experience, masters and 8+ years of experience, or PhD or JD and 5+ years of experience. You should be able to provide input in planning, developing, and implementing the program baseline; identify and analyze minor variances; and define corrective actions in coordination with Program Oversight. You should be skilled in the use of standard, well-defined processes, procedures, techniques, or tools that may require program-specific modifications. You should possess maturing leadership and management skills. An active TS / SCI clearance is required for this position.
