Manager Ltc Compliance, Quality, Infection Prevention And Education
We're on the hunt for a motivated nurse leader ready to take long-term care to the next level. In this multifaceted role, you'll lead compliance, infection prevention, quality improvement, and staff education for our LTC division. From managing risk programs to prepping for state surveys, you'll make sure our residents receive top-quality care every day.
What You'll Do :
- Oversee LTC compliance, risk management, and quality programs
- Manage and develop staff; lead training and orientation efforts
- Ensure survey readiness and regulatory compliance (state, federal, and agency)
- Design, implement, and monitor infection prevention programs
- Analyze performance data and drive process improvement
- Collaborate with leadership and corporate teams on strategic goals
Minimum Requirements :
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of MissouriMaster's Degree or equivalent education / experienceDemonstrated growth in managing clinical staffMinimum 3 years' experience in an LTC facilityExperience with federal and state regulatory surveysExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong computer skills with the ability to create and analyze reportsSelf-motivated, independent, and organizedSolid problem-solving abilitiesPreferred :
