Base pay range

$90,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yr

Sr. Direct Placement Technical Recruiting Manager / National Account Manager

Summary : Seeking a Product Development Engineer with expertise in automotive interiors and experience in product lifecycle management, engineering analysis, and manufacturing integration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Product Development, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing)
2-3 years of relevant engineering experience
Certification in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean / Kaizen / 6 Sigma principles
Experience with automotive interiors (instrument panels, overhead console)

Preferred Skills

Strong knowledge of design simulation tools

Experience in root cause analysis methods

Responsibilities

Lead full product development lifecycle from concept to post-launch support

Apply advanced engineering principles to solve design challenges using CAE and CFD tools

Conduct tolerance stack-up studies for dimensional accuracy and functional performance

Develop technical documentation adhering to GD&T standards

Collaborate with manufacturing teams for efficient production and operational performance
