This is a flexible role that allows you to earn extra income while building relationships and mentoring new agents. Whether you’re a natural networker, a coach at heart, or a go-getter who wants multiple income streams , we have an opportunity for you!

  • $150 per agent recruited after onboarding.
  • $250 bonus when they close their first deal.
  • $250 bonus on their 1-year anniversary.

    Responsibilities : What You’ll Do :

  • Identify and connect with real estate agents who would benefit from our coaching, leads, and success-driven culture.
  • Serve as an ambassador for our firm—whether through social media, networking, or personal connections.
  • Guide new recruits through our onboarding process and help them start strong.
  • Earn bonuses and long-term incentives as you grow our team!
