Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or a skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support an elementary school caseload. This role focuses on delivering effective speech and language therapy services to young learners in an engaging educational setting.

Location :

  • Saint Charles, MO

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students with diverse communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student assessments.
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and track student outcomes throughout the semester.
  • Communicate regularly with families to update them on student achievements and therapy goals.

    • Qualifications :

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for Speech-Language Pathologists preferred.
  • Strong experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant considered.
  • Prior experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting.
  • Ability to deliver both individual and group therapy sessions effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
