Enterprise Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will lead sales efforts around digital services, AI solutions, and IT staff augmentation offerings.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional with a strong network, proven track record in complex consultative sales, and a deep understanding of the enterprise technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales Strategy

Drive business growth through outbound sales activities, target account selling, networking, and attending events.

  • Leverage strategic partners and channels to create business opportunities.
  • Collaborate across departments to generate leads and close deals.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management
  • Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline using HubSpot CRM.

  • Conduct strategic deal reviews, forecasting, and proposal reviews.
  • Maintain discipline in sales lifecycle tracking and reporting.
  • Client Engagement
  • Research and understand client needs, challenges, and pain points.

  • Lead proposal creation and delivery, including written documents and oral presentations.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Market & Domain Expertise
  • Stay current on ISHIR services, industry trends, and AI innovation.

  • Understand and articulate ISHIR's competitive differentiators and value proposition.
  • Networking & Outreach
  • Represent ISHIR at local and industry events.

  • Support marketing efforts to build brand awareness and generate demand.
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience selling complex IT consulting, digital services, or staff augmentation (SaaS-only experience not preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in AI-related sales.
  • Proven ability to close six-figure deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and solution-based engagements.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycles and implementation services.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools.
