Pay $28 / hr to $32 / hr based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
  • Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications.
  • Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
  • Collaborate with HVAC technicians on projects requiring integrated plumbing and HVAC solutions.
  • Perform construction plumbing tasks related to new builds or remodeling projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations during all plumbing work.
  • Utilize basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations on the job site.

Experience

  • Proven experience in plumbing, with a focus on construction plumbing and remodeling preferred.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
  • Experience working on construction sites, demonstrating an understanding of safety protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently.
