Job Description
Coordinate and manage all aspects of tenant improvement construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure project goals are met.
Oversee compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks and resolve issues efficiently.
Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Supervise on-site teams to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Tenant Improvement Construction should have :
