Position Overview

We are seeking a caring and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional nursing care to residents while supporting their physical, emotional, and social well-being-all in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor residents' conditions, perform assessments, and document changes accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with physician orders.
• Partner with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff to carry out individualized care plans.
• Educate residents and families about health conditions, treatments, and ongoing care needs.
• Maintain accurate, compliant electronic medical records (EMR).
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other care staff.
• Promote a safe, clean, and caring environment for all residents.
