One of our clients is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Operations Admin with strong SAP experience to support its fast-paced warehouse and order fulfillment operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth order processing, contract administration, and issue resolution across various systems and teams.
Location : North Jacksonville (32218)
Pay Rate : $20–$21 / hour
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Job Type : Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities :
1. Error Resolution (Top Priority)
Monitor and resolve orders stalled in the error handler (e.g., invalid addresses, missing recipient names, duplicate entries, inactive contracts).
Analyze weekly time study reports to evaluate and improve resource allocation for error resolution tasks.
2. Order Management
Process cancellations of J0 orders, particularly related to PFAS issues.
Work with the e-commerce team to remove out-of-stock items from the website in a timely manner.
Fulfill special orders requiring DMV contract sourcing.
Support IT with open order report reviews and resolution.
Reference weekly operational time studies to manage workload effectively.
3. Bulk Order Processing
Collaborate with the Claims team to gather shipping quotes and generate sales quotes.
Process and manage bulk orders via Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
Ensure accurate and timely communication with internal departments to streamline bulk order workflows.
4. Contract Administration
Manage all aspects of contract lifecycle : creation, extension, cancellation, and modification.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper resource allocation for contract-related changes.
Qualifications :
Required : Minimum 2 years of experience using SAP in a warehouse or operations environment.
Strong understanding of order processing and inventory systems.
Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Effective communicator; able to collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, e-commerce, Claims, etc.).
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
Work Environment :
Office located within a warehouse setting.
May require occasional lifting or movement of physical files or packages (light duty).
Regular interaction with logistics, IT, sales, and warehouse personnel.
