Hospital Administrator Deer Grove Veterinary Hospital - Cottage Grove, WI

Deer Grove Veterinary Hospital is a well-established and AAHA-accredited practice, and we're seeking a dynamic Hospital Administrator to lead operations, support staff development, and drive business success. This key leadership role partners with the Medical Director to foster a positive, high-performing culture focused on quality patient care and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily hospital operations, including HR, financials, and strategic planning

Lead and mentor staff, manage performance, and support career growth

Develop and monitor financial goals and performance metrics

Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, DEA, employment laws)

Drive client acquisition, community outreach, and marketing efforts

Maintain facilities and equipment

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

2+ years in operations / HR / finance, including hospital management (veterinary or medical preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management systems

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary - $60K-$80K
