About the Role
Were hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Customer Care Department in Lowell, AR . This full-time, in-office role plays a vital part in supporting daily operations in a fast-paced contact center environment. You'll interact with customers, technicians, dispatchers, and managers to schedule appointments, resolve concerns, and ensure daily scheduling runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and general inquiries
- Ensure all daily appointments are properly scheduled and confirmed
- Communicate clearly with service technicians, dispatchers, operations managers, and fellow CSRs
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Accurately enter and update information in dispatching / scheduling software
- Manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment

- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software (training provided)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management

- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or call center roles
- Familiarity with dispatch or scheduling software (e.g., ServiceTitan or similar)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
