About the Position

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated associate dentist who is excited about establishing roots in our community and growing with our practice. We are looking for someone who values long-term commitment—not just chasing the highest bidder—so we can continue to build a strong and stable team to serve our patients.

Our state-of-the-art facility currently operates with 10 operatories, with an additional 4 fully plumbed and equipped operatories ready to be activated as the practice grows. The practice owner focuses primarily on surgery, implants, fixed prosthetics, and dentures, and does not provide general dentistry. All general dentistry is referred to associates, and in many cases, implant and denture procedures are also available for associates who have the training and interest.

For the right candidate, there is also a future opportunity for practice ownership / partnership .
