Position Overview : Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking an experienced Prime Contracts Manager to support projects related to nuclear infrastructure, including Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration, Environmental Management, and Office of Science. The role involves managing contractual matters in nuclear or large federal / commercial projects, ensuring compliance, negotiating change orders, and supporting project delivery.

District Overview : Kiewit Nuclear Solutions provides engineering, project management, and construction services across North America, specializing in nuclear-related markets from small modular reactors to nuclear security. We emphasize safety, innovation, and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Location : This position supports Savannah River, SC projects, primarily working on-site in Aiken, SC.

Responsibilities :

• Manage non-technical aspects of contracts, including scope, change management, schedules, and risks.
• Interpret and communicate contract information to project teams, ensuring adherence to terms.
• Respond to procurement requirements, negotiate change orders, and support project pursuits.
• Oversee contract performance, compliance, and documentation.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and project teams on contractual matters.
• Develop and implement contract administration processes and train teams.
• Assist in contract change negotiations, claims, and close-out procedures.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and contractual notices.
