Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in industrial plant conditions.

Job Title : Plant Mechanic / Supervisor
Schedule : Monday – Friday | 6 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM
Pay : $28.00-$30.00 / hr
Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Plant Mechanic / Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations and maintenance activities. This role is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supervising a small team while also performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise plant staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance to ensure production goals are met.
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Ensure all plant equipment is operating safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime.
- Coordinate with management to schedule maintenance, repairs, and special projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and inventory of parts and supplies.
- Train and mentor team members on safety, equipment use, and best practices.
- Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with production teams and leadership to resolve equipment or staffing issues.
