Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and continuously improve standard processes related to centerline (CL) management and rapid changeovers (RCO) to ensure consistent and effective execution
- Collaborate with production planners to optimize scheduling and efficiently manage grade changes
- Analyze production and quality variance data to identify root causes and implement corrective action plans
- Train and coach operators on best practices to enhance efficiency and product consistency
- Actively support Continuous Improvement (CI), Autonomous Asset Management, and Quality Pillars initiatives
- Manage documentation by developing, updating, and organizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of project leadership experience with strong problem-solving skillsCollege diploma or degree (Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)Proven ability to coach and mentor teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail, adaptable, autonomous, and effective in navigating complex situationsExperience with SAP and Power BISix Sigma certification – Green or Black BeltExpertise in Lean Production System principlesWhy is This a Great Opportunity
