Role Description

This is a contract telehealth role for a Psychiatric Nurse. The Psychiatric Nurse will be responsible for providing mental health care, including administering medications, conducting mental health assessments, and developing patient care plans. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Additionally, the nurse will educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

Qualifications

• Mental Health Nursing and Nursing skills
• Experience in Mental Health Care and Psychiatry
• Knowledge of Medicine relevant to psychiatric care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and PMHNP
• Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
