As a new team member in the Clinic Experience Associate position at Rock Valley Physical Therapy in Davenport, you can expect to have a diverse range of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of the clinic. Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, answering phone calls and more. In this role, you will work 18 - 20 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Must be available early mornings.

Your attention to detail will be crucial in accurately collecting patient information and effectively managing the front desk area.
