dynamic night-shift environment

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver evidence-based nursing care tailored to mothers and newborns.

Perform assessments, diagnoses, and care planning using clinical judgment.

Educate, support, and communicate with patients and their families throughout their stay.

Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal outcomes.

Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient progress.

Serve as a mentor or preceptor to colleagues and contribute to a healthy work environment.

Uphold all policies, safety standards, and professional nursing practices.

Qualifications :

RN License (GA or Multi-State Compact)

BLS Certification

NRP Certification (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Completion of accredited nursing school with clinical experience required

Skills & Attributes :

Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer-service skills

Ability to function in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with calm, professional decision-making

Excellent time management, critical thinking, and analytical skills

Competence in using technology for clinical care documentation
