Job Description

Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the Entertainment Industry is seeking a a Senior Technology Project Manager who will be responsible for leading large-scale, complex Ecommerce software development projects across multiple disciplines. The role blends program / project management, team leadership, delivery execution, and strong business and financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Facilitate scope definition, cross-functional estimation, and high-level planning
  • Quantify cost factors, resources, risks, and contingency needs
  • Develop master program / project schedules and communication plans
  • Lead cross-functional project teams through full delivery lifecycle
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate across Product, Design, Tech, and vendors

Qualifications and Skills :

  • 7–10 years of program / project management experience in eCommerce, marketing, or merchandising
  • Direct management of single project budgets $5M–$10M and program budgets $11M+
  • 4+ years leading large, multidisciplinary digital teams
  • 2–5 years of Agile delivery experience
  • 1–2 years of mobile app (iOS / Android) delivery
  • 3+ years client management experience in a global organization
  • Proven success delivering full lifecycle software projects (business development to production)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
